Delivery & Returns Policy

DELIVERY:

Our delivery fee is detailed at check out, we currently only ship to the United Kingdom and do not ship internationally. All orders are dispatched via EVRI, DPD or Royal Mail and are tracked throughout. Unfortunately we cannot send to an unmanned PO BOX. Our current transit time from order to delivery is 4 - 7 days. 

RETURNS: (see our T&Cs for full detail)

If you wish to return the item your for a refund, please ensure that the item is unused and in the original packaging. You must return your order within 14 days of receipt. Returns cannot be accepted outside of this window. 

Please ensure that the product(s) is carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit. Refunds will only be issued upon a safe receipt of the goods.

Please follow the steps below:

  • A returns label has been included in your package, please complete all sections on the form and place the form inside your returns package. Package the items carefully, taking care to ensure they will arrive with us safely and in a saleable condition. Please ensure your order number is clearly listed on your returns form.
  • Vaughan Collections do not cover the carriage/returns cost associated to returns, so please use a carrier of your choosing, use an insured service to the value if the products and return to the following address: Vaughan Collections, 63a High Street, Ketton, Stamford, Rutland, PE9 3TE. Please ensure the package is clearly labelled. If packages are returned and do not have the correct postage paid, they will not be accepted and a refund will not be processed.
  • Our normal processing time from receipt of your parcel is 5 working days, we will then work hard to process your refund as soon as possible after this, though please bear in mind that your bank may take longer to clear the funds to you. During peak times this process may take slightly longer, but our aim is to get your refund back to you as soon as possible. EXCHANGING AN ITEM:

We do not currently offer an exchange service, therefore you will need to return your item to us and then place a new order for the item you wish to purchase. Unfortunately, our e-commerce system does not currently allow us to offer direct exchanges.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

You may return any new and unused product to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund of its purchase price. Items should be returned in their original packaging and with labels attached.

Please retain your proof of purchase and your proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed on their way back to us. In the event of a lost returns parcel, you as 'the sender' are responsible for processing any claim.

In the event that a product is supplied in error, is found to be faulty immediately upon receipt or is not as described, Vaughan Collections will provide a full refund including the cost of return shipping.

Please handle any product you receive from us with care. In the event you wish to return a product to us which is subsequently found to not be in a fully re-saleable condition we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from any refund.
